Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for
more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on your credit
card. If authorized use of your credit card does occur, you must
notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you
have with the company.

Money
Back Guarantee (Returns/exchange)
If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, for whatever reason, we offer a Money Back
Guarantee. Before making a return or exchange, you must first
email us at Kaitlin's
Korner for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number
within 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise. The
day you receive your merchandise is based on our tracking confirmation
that we obtain from the USPS. We will not accept any returned
or exchanged merchandise without a RMA number and beyond our 10
day grace period. Please repackage your item(s) including all
items ex: dust bag, lock key etc., if applicable and return your
merchandise to the address listed at the top of your invoice.
When shipping your return or exchange, please do not use UPS.
We advised all customers to use the United States Postal Serivice.
If you use UPS, there will be a delay in processing your return
or exchange. Please note that after you receive your RMA number,
your return or exchange must be post marked no later than five
days from the day you receive your RMA number.
Each item must be returned in its original packaging and in the
same condition as it was sent, undamaged and unworn and a copy
of the original invoice and email authorizing return or exchange,
otherwise there will be a delay in processing your return or exchange.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will issue a full
refund of the purchase price using the original payment method
less shipping and handling if applicable. You will receive a confirmation
email when your return or exchange is processed. Please allow
seven (7) business days for credit processing. If you wish to
exchange an item, we will add or subtract the price difference
of the new item(s). To reiterate, we will not accept any return
merchandise that has been damaged, modified or used. Kaitlin's
Korner is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged when shipping
returns or exchanges back to us.

Shipping
and Handling
We ship all merchandise via United States Postal Service and is
subject to USPS standards, regulations and delivery limitations.
We ship within the U.S. states as well as Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
and Canada.
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number
so that you can track
the progress of your order. We process and ship out orders
within 3 - 5 business days upon receipt of your order or upon
product availability. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday
or according to stock and availability. Orders placed on Friday
after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day. If an item
is out of stock, you will be notified by email.

All merchandise is shipped free of charge within the US.
Shipping
fees to Canada are as follows:
1st item $$15.00. Each additional item there after add $2.00.
We are not responsible for any custom fees when shipping to Canada.
Free shipping does not apply to merchandise shipped to Canada
or UK.
